Project description
The project included an extension of an already existing wheel conveyor facility for 2000 kg steel wire rings.
WeSolve AB was assigned to do the engineering according to:
- Adapt the new wheel conveyors and steel rack to the existing transportation line.
- A new weighing station.
- New and upgraded steel hooks. (The existing ones did not fulfil the life time expectations.)
- A new type of unload wagon. It needed to have a built in rotation and an elevating function.
- A completely new civil works guidance.
- A full overview of the facility extension.
